Copywriting fees within your budget

I know what you’re thinking, “Professional copywriters are expensive. I can’t afford it!”

But experienced business people don’t see this as an expense, but as an investment. They know the value a professional copywriter brings to their business.

You’re a business owner. You know that businesses want to make a profit and customers want to get a deal. You’re willing to give your customers a deal at times. Happy customers will continue to come back.

But you know that you have to price your products and services according to the market. The price for your products and services show what they’re worth and the value of your brand. You can’t be giving away your products and services or keep taking a loss. You need to price them high enough so you can cover your own expenses and make a profit. After all, you ARE in business to make money!

So am I! But I am in the business to help you make even more money. I will help you to attract more customers and increase your sales. Your return on investing in copywriting services will be more than what you spend.

Fees

Sure, you can go to content writing mills to purchase writing services for cheap. But remember, you get what you pay for. For quality writing that will make a significant difference in your bottom line, you need to hire a professionally trained copywriter.

Each business is unique with unique problems, needs, and budgets. I list the minimum fee for each service for the minimum work involved. However, the fee can be greater depending on many factors such as the length of the project, how much research is needed, if I need to interview any people, the products or services you are promoting, among other things. Feel free to negotiate.

But please be assured that my fees are based on industry standards. Excellent-quality writing that brings in leads, sales, and profits for your business should be well compensated. Copywriting is a valuable service. As a business owner yourself, you know I need to charge accordingly.

Blog posts and articles can be anywhere from 300 to 5,000 words or more, starting at $200 per post for 300-500 words with little research.

E-mails starting at $200 per email for 150 to 300 words.

Web pages are $400-$800 per page depending on the page, the length, and amount of research needed. Note: This is just for the content on the webpage. I will give you the content and your web developer will put the content on your website with images, graphics, and stuff.

“But I have a small budget”

If your business is struggling, I may be able to give you a discount, just ask. But whatever you have budgeted for marketing, I will work within that budget to come up with some solutions such as:

  • I can write a short sample project. If you like it and use it, then pay me for it. If you don’t use it, then you owe me nothing. You have nothing to lose.
  • Instead of updating all of your webpages at one time, I can update one or two each month.
  • Instead of writing several emails each week, I can write one email once a week.
  • Instead of writing a blog post every week, I can write one or two each month.
  • I can bundle two or more services together for a discount.
  • I can give you a discount if you order a package, like 10 blog posts or 5 newsletters

My goal is to add value to your business so your business can grow and to develop a strong, trusting relationship with all my clients. So don’t let a small budget stop you from marketing your business and increasing sales. Contact me now to discuss the copywriting solutions you need to keep your business successful and growing.
